Delivery method
Our products are shipped by specialized professional carrier, with transport adapted to heavy and bulky products.
Depending on the product ordered, delivery may be made:
- on a pallet
- by specialized road transport
- with appointment scheduling according to the carrier 📅
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order.
Access conditions
Some of our products are delivered by large capacity truck due to their weight and volume.
👉 It is therefore important to verify that the delivery address is accessible to a transport vehicle.
If in doubt about access (narrow street, dead end, steep slope, difficult access, etc.), we advise you to contact us before your order to find the best solution.
